Deen & Glee provides custom-designed apparel and merchandise. All items are produced on-demand by our trusted production partners. Because each item is created specifically for you upon purchase, our policies are designed to maintain high quality and efficient production.

2. Ordering & Production

All orders are custom-made, meaning they are printed only after your order is confirmed.

Production Time: Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

Availability: In rare cases, if a specific item is out of stock, we may experience slight delays. We strive to notify you if significant delays occur.

Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, size, and color selections are correct at the time of purchase.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing errors. However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a reprint or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Deen & Glee. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Deen & Glee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product.
