All our products are custom-made and printed only after you place your order, making each one truly unique. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or changes of mind—please double-check your selection before ordering!

What We Cover

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we're here to help:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or phone number provided

Provide clear photos of the issue—no need to ship the item back.

We'll offer a free reprint or full refund. 

Print Quality Notes

DTG products have a 0.5" tolerance for print placement—minor shifts aren't considered defects.

We can't be held responsible for custom order choices like size or color.
